What were they key driving factors behind your decision to purchase 3D-lipo?

The results, the celebrity endorsements! Mainly the overall deciding factor was the customer service and dedicated support- I think I drove Susan mad, she must have some patience.

How important was the 3 dimensional approach of this machine when making your purchase decision?

Very comparable to other devices available on the market. The fact it has the Cryolipolysis, Cavitation. Dermology and Radio Frequency all in one grave it endless possibilities for treating the whole body. You can reduce fat pockets, shape and sculpt and also tighten the skin- its a win win situation!

What do you feel gives 3D-lipo the edge over your competition in your area?

It has a well-recognized name and celebrity endorsement following ther feature on Lorraine it raised a lot of awareness to the fat freeze and the whole brand got the treatments, people have become a lot more aware of it and trust the name of 3D-lipo. its great because you can offer clients the whole package not just the fat freeze. The results the machine gives just speak for themselves!

How would you say that 3D-lipo compliments/ adds to your business model?

3D-Lipo is my main hub for my business, I believe so strongly in it and its capabilities. I am proud to advertise the 3D name and feel it brings in a lot of recognition from clients who want results driven treatment. A lot of people are sceptical about if it works so I often offer a taster session to start with so they can see the amazing results from just one session- they are blown away!

Your Clients

How did your clients react to this new addition to your treatment menu?

I started my clinic with just 3D-lipo, along with Hair Extensions and beauty it was quite a new avenue for me to venture into but as soon as I started advertising with the results and the results I was achieving, my clients were very impressed it was available, because they had trust in me they felt they could try the treatment and have gone on to buy courses and are returning clients.

On average how many clients are you treating per week on 3D-lipo?

On average 15-20 per week, my clinic Is based in my house and I have to work it around my two young children so it often means my time Is very limited and my days start with clients at 6am till 10pm.

How are clients funding their results?

My clients are blown away with the results, I love to hear how the treatment has given them confidence to wear a bikini or even just feel so much confident in everyday life. I love it when the clients cannot believe their own eyes after their treatment. They get dressed and their clothes are looser or their belly button is in a different place to when they started the treatment. Some use it just to maintain as they live a hectic lifestyle and have no time to diet and exercise, which again it works well for them and keeps them feeling good about themselves. One of the recent clients was overwhelmed by her tummy tightening and I cant wait to see more improvements on it for her.

Please give an example of a client who was please with theirresults… i.e. what was the clients target? i.e. to lose fat, improve the appearance of cellulite, tighten loose skin? Which area were they focussing on? Which treatment did they have to meet their specific problem area? Cavitation /Cryolipolysis /Radio Frequency…

I have a lady who has been coming to me for a while to treat her legs for cellulite, she hared parts of her legs that were dimpled and uneven from the cellulite. After the first course she was shocked at how well it has worked and the great improvement it had made, she could not believe the change we had made. She has done nothing but have 3D-lipo- no special diet no exercise just good old 3D Lipo and the results are fab- complete leg envy! We use a combination of cryolipolysis on the pockets of fat on the outer legs, cavitation to smooth, reduce and sculpt the area, radio frequency to improve the skin tone, along with Shockwave and Dermology to literally smooth the cellulite away- she has now completely reshaped her bum, my clients look and feel amazing!

In general what has client feedback been like?

Clients love the treatment, I have a few that worry about the price but the majority of them get a little addicted and get one area perfect and move on to something else they have concerns about. Some clients have a course and treat a new area every week and use it for a bit of maintenance!

How do you advertise/promote 3D-lipo to your existing clients and also new clients?

I use local magazine to advertise. Donate voucher and flyers to local community events, sponsor a Motorcross team- so my logo is printed on to clothing and motorcross bikes. I also have my website which generates a lot of interest, I use social media a lot which is hard to keep up with but that does gain majority of the clients come to me via social media. Quite often I get a lot of people referred to me via word of mouth too which is great when that happens as people are happy enough to talk about it! Some do like to keep it a secret but are returning customers so that is just fine.

How have you found the response to your promotion of the 3D-lipo in comparison to any other launches you have undertaken?

I have not had a chance since starting my clinic to do launch party as I advertised straight away and have been quite busy since, plus I did start off in my spare bedroom too whilst the clinic was being built so I think considering it that’s been very well. I have done a few local launches in hair salons and out of all my treatments 3D Lipo was most popular.

How long did it take to make a return on your investment?

Like I say I started off in my spare bedroom with two very small children and building work going on so my time was very limited to hours that I could work, but I soon made a return on the cost of the machines.

Roughly, to date, how much money would you say the machine has turned over since you’ve had it?

I am yet to confirm, I am awaiting a meeting with my accountant shortly. It has changed my life though and meant that I no longer had to work for anyone else, I could be my own boss and balance my home/ work life along with also working from home!

How do you maximise on the press/ brand awareness of 3D-Lipo?

I just literally repost everything I can that’s available and try to keep up with which celebrities are having which treatments done.

Have you seen an increase in demand for 3D-lipo following the press exposure, if so do you have a rough figure/ percentage of how many new clients have book?

Yes it has helped a lot, people seem more trusting off the brand, and have seen it in the press & on the TV and actually feel less scared of it. I think it helped having non-celebs on Lorraine as people could relate to everyday people more. I had a lot more interest and I would say a good percentage of enquiries before the advert, contacted me to book in for treatments as they felt more confident in the brand!

Is your presence on our clinic finder listing benefitting your business and is so, how?

I have had a few people go direct to the clinic finder and find me from there. I need send over the document for the Premier Clinic Listing Info.

Is there anything else you’d like to add? – Any further comments about the machine/ the brand/ the staff/ the support…?

I would like to say Thank you to everyone at customer service, training and anyone I spoke to over the phones are so friendly and approachable. The training always leave me feeling so eager to get back and start trying new approaches on clients. I am glad I have joined the Premium listing as it’s a good idea to have the banked money each month for consumables and it does make you stand out a little better. The machine is just magic and I cannot wait to purchase another one from the new range! The support and services I have from 3D would always bring me back to them over any other supplier as it is dedicated and consistent support.

We were delighted to be joined by Dr Seema Zia who flew over from Pakistan to attending training at 3D-lipo HQ this week for 3D-Vjuve (Vaginal Rejuvenation) & 3D-trilogyice (Laser Hair Removal). Dr Seema Zia, is a Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatologist MBBS, MCPS (Derm) & Fellowship from university of Miami (U.S ) in addition to the below:

Why 3D- lipo?

How did you hear about 3D- lipo?

I have been a Trainer for the company for 15 months, specialising in facials. Before that, I always knew that 3D-lipo were a big contender in the beauty industry. I read about them regularly in trade magazines, and had seen celebrities talking about having treatments in the press.

What were the key driving factors behind your decision to purchase 3D-lipo?

I had considered it for some time, but the point which I was tipped over the edge and made the jump to take a machine on, was definitely seeing other people’s success stories in the training centre, Clinic owners regularly talk about the amount of business that the treatments are generating. Results are the fundamental reason, I am passionate about the results that this technology can achieve and wanted to be able to offer these treatments to my clients. I work in the week, however the amount of extra potential income that I could make in my spare hours in the evening was extremely appealing.

How important was the 3 dimensional approach of this machine when making your purchase decision?

Very. The 3D-lipo equipment is on another level, being able to layer different technologies to create a prescriptive and tailored approach to each client, it definitely has the competitive edge over other machines in the industry.

What do you feel gives 3D-lipo the edge over your competition in your area?

First of all, I think the fact that it has a list of some of the most up to date technologies all in one device, it delivers deeper, more evenly and is a safe and cost effective alternative to surgery. I promote myself as a 3D-lipo trainer, along with the fact I specialise in 3D face & Body treatments, so it has helped me to become the ‘go to specialist’ for these kind of treatments in my area.

How would you say that 3D- lipo compliments / adds to your business model?

3D-lipo treatments are pretty much the only treatments I offer, and it is a strong enough to stand alone because of the excellent support from the company which has helped me to build my business around this one machine and promote it with excellence using their marketing and PR materials.

You’re Clients

How did your clients react to this new addition to your treatment menu?

My clients were definitely excited & intrigued as to how it works, some clients were abit sceptical however once they saw the results, the machine spoke for itself!

On average how many clients are you treating per week on 3D- lipo?

At the moment, in a typical week, I treat around 10-15 clients in my spare hours around training at 3D-lipo head office.

How are clients finding their results?

I’d say that 90% of my clients are very happy with the results that they are achieving so far on their treatment courses, and the other 10% are still waiting for results from fat freezing treatments as the full results can take up to 6 months to show.

Please give an example of a client who was extremely pleased with their results…

I had a client recently who was thrilled with their results following a ‘Bum-Lift’ treatment course. The Clients target was to have a bum lift and improve cellulite on the bum cheeks, the main area of improvement was the lift created in the buttocks- with the client thrilled at her new ‘perkier’ bottom! The cellulite on this area was reduced dramatically which the client was pleased with. After the treatment took place, the client and I discussed her areas of concern. We opted for the ‘3D-bum-lift’ which was developed using a course of fat freezing and RF (skin tightening).

In general, what has client feedback been like?

Very happy with the treatment procedure & fast results- I have received some lovely reviews from my clients about their treatments and the results that they are getting, clients are now being referred to me through word of mouth which is nice.

For clients coming in for other treatments such as the 3D-skintech facial, they see the other machines in ‘The Cabin’- that generally starts conversation, & just by talking to them. I have cross promoted to the treatment to many clients.

How do you maximise on the press/ brand awareness of 3D- lipo?

The marketing support at 3D-lipo is fantastic, they are always helpful in providing me with promotional tools and images that I can share on social media and help me to promote the treatments this helps me to create awareness in my area.

Have you seen an increase in demand for 3D- lipo following the press exposure, if so do have a rough figure/ percentage of how many new clients have booked?

I actually noticed a particular influx in enquiries following the appearance on Lorraine. People get really excited that 3D-lipo has been on National Television. This was great exposure for the brand and good support for their clinics.

Is there anything else you’d like to add? – Any further comments about the machine/ the brand/ staff/ support….?

I am thankful for 3D-lipo for letting me be a part of the 3D family! As a trainer, I get to teach & work alongside my passion, and having a machine myself now gives me the reward of achieving fantastic results on my clients, and to be able to build a business which is flexible around me providing me with a significant second income.

3D- Lipo Cause Media Storm At Professional Beauty North

This weekend saw the industry come together under one roof for this year’s Professional Beauty North Exhibition, which attracted thousands of visitors, eager to learn more about the latest beauty and equipment launches. One Company in particular, 3D-lipo, whipped up a storm with celeb guest, MTV Starlet Marnie Simpson on their stand revealing her fabulous body transformation causing a media frenzy after undergoing a recent course of 3D-lipo treatments. The result driven treatment, which targets fat reduction, cellulite, and skin tightening, is the celebrity favourite go-to treatment, which has extensively been featured in the press and on social media to millions over the past week after Marnie recently admitted that she is now opting for safe, result driven non-surgical solutions such as 3D-lipo as she now has no plans to go under the knife following her history of surgical procedures. The media undoubtedly had a field day, lining up to catch the first glimpse of MTV Star Marnie who has been making headlines with her 3D-lipo transformation following her break with Boyfriend Casey Johnson which has since made headlines across media outlets such as The Sun and Daily Mail, significantly raising brand awareness for 3D-lipo, resulting in a surge in demand for treatment enquiries across our clinic finder.

How long have you had 3D- Lipo in your clinic?

I have had 3D-lipo for around four years now.

Why 3D- lipo?

How did you hear about 3D- lipo?

About 5 years ago I was working for a clinic who had invested in 3D-lipo technology. I got very involved at an early stage with all treatments.

What were the key driving factors behind your decision to purchase 3D-lipo?

I found that 3D- lipo wasn’t another typical gimmicky machine, 3D actually showed great results. Also I found 3D to be a solid and reliable company who invested in the brand as well as their customers.

How important was the 3 dimensional approach of this machine when making your purchase decision?

Having all 3 technologies in one machine just made perfect sense. Not only did I not have space, but buying 3 separate machines would have been very costly.

What do you feel gives 3D-lipo the edge over your competition in your area?

I most definitely have the edge over the competition in my area with 3D-lipo as the technology is just so much more advanced than other copycat systems. I am able to confidently collect hundreds of before and after photos, which I have found not many other places do! Plus I am the self-appointed Queen of 3D!

How would you say that 3D- lipo compliments / adds to your business model?

I only use 3D-lipo technology within my clinic as it’s all I need to be a success.

How did your clients react to this new addition to your treatment menu?

I only use 3DLipo.

On average how many clients are you treating per week on 3D- lipo?

Currently about 15-20 clients.

How are clients finding their results?

Incredible, because they get the ‘WOW’ factor with me. As mentioned before, I have hundreds of before and after pictures which they love seeing each week.

Please give an example of a client who was pleased with their results… i.e. What was the client’s target? I.e. to lose fat, improve the appearance of cellulite, or tighten loose skin?

To be honest there are too many examples to chose from. Each course that I carry out is different for each client, due to how they respond, because of this successful results are very high. All I can say is my clients love their bespoke courses whether it be fat reduction or skin tightening.

Which area were they focussing on? Which treatment did they have to meet their specific problem area? Cavitation/ Cryolipolysis/ Radio frequency…

Most of my clients are ladies who want tummies debulked and tightened, I find this is a common problem. I typically start a course with Cryolipolysis (fat freezing) and then continue with the 8 sessions of cavitation and Radio Frequency and finish with shockwave. If I feel another cryolipolysis treatment is required, I will do this at the end.

What were the results? Before and after measurements (Inches/ cm)

I do not do any measuring as I feel this way is inaccurate, and slight mistake can give very false readings. Its photos all the way for me. I take pictures after every treatment. The camera never lies.

In general what has client feedback been like?

Extremely positive! My clients range from the retired, to professionals. My reviews on google and Facebook speak for themselves.

Facebook mainly, networking, my website, and word of mouth.

How long did it take to make a return on your investment?

In Just 12 months, I was in pure profit.

I use all the press that 3D-lipo has achieved all the time for my marketing, it’s really helpful and has a huge impact especially with all the celebrity endorsements.

Have you seen an increase in demand for 3D- lipo following the press exposure, if so do have a rough figure/ percentage of how many new clients have booked?

There has most certainly been a massive increase over the last 3 months, I am booked solid.

Is your presence on our clinic finder listing benefitting your business and if so, how?

The clinic finder has definitely helped with about 20% increase of bookings from the site.

This year saw the Beauty Awards with OK! host their 17th annual event which saw over 1500 guests gather at London’s Park Plaza hotel, gracing the red carpet to celebrate the best in Beauty! The event was sponsored by 3D-lipo, who had a huge presence at the celebrity event throughout the night…
