After doing MBBS, she got her diploma in D-DERM from Rawalpindi Medical College. She studied at Dow Medical College (Dermatology) under the supervision of highly qualified professionals.ย
She pursued her career by working at Civil Hospitalโs Dermatology Department (Karachi). During her service at Dow Hospital N.I.S.O.T, she took part in renal transplant surgery. She also served as ICU Medical Officer at Darul Sehat Hospital. She is also trained to perform invasive and non-invasive procedures like micro-needling, PRP therapy(face and hair), warts, nail removal, chemical peels, treating acne, scars, melasma, and pigmentation disorders.
Dr. Manal’s aim is to benefit the community with her aesthetic and clinical dermatology skills.

Thursday, August 1st, 2019Dr Kokab Shahabย qualified Medical Doctor (General Medicine) with a diploma in Aesthetic Medicine. She received a 2 yearlong training in Internal Medicine from Liaqat University and a 6-month training in Dermatology from Hyderabad.
She has a vast range of experiences; medical and administrative, namely; having served as the Medical Officer for almost a year in Cardiology, NICVD Karachi and as the Quality Assurance Manager at Omar Hospital Lahore, respectively.
Dr. Kokab joined us here at 3DLifestlye as our Consultant and Aesthetic Doctor with the aim to work in a professional environment where her knowledge and skills in medicine would have a profound impact in favor of the productivity of the organization and herself.

Her career with CDC Atlanta, USA provided sufficient experience in field of medicine. On return from US, Dr. Nida joined 3D lifestyle where she is now pursuing her growing passion for innovative procedures in aesthetics to enhance beauty.
Dr. Sonia Zafar Khan
Monday, February 22nd, 2021With the thought of benefiting the community with her aesthetic skills, Dr. Sonia is practicing Skin Aesthetics for over 3 years now. She did her MBBS from Aziz Fatima Medical College and completed her Housejob in dermatology. To gain more knowledge, she did an Aesthetic course from the Academy Of Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine (AARM).
As an Aesthetic Consultant at 3D Lifestyle, her aim is to benefit the people with her aesthetic skills.
