Sabeen Asif is a qualified and registered dietician/nutritionist who completed her post graduate diploma following bachelors in nutrition and dietetics. She has been exploring nutrition widely from different institutes, putting her knowledge efficiently into practice. She is specialized in providing diet plans to reduce or gain weight as well as planning diet for patients who’re suffering from various diseases including kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes etc. Apart from that, she is quite efficient in providing dietary counseling, dietary assessment and guiding her clients to implement it In order to improve their health and boosting recovery.

She has explored herself in clinical as well as hospital setup. She gained experience in Rainbow obesity and eating disorder center as a consultancy dietician and did one year internship at Sheikh Zayed Hospital where she practiced diet plans in different wards and was also appointed as a supervisor to train the trainees. She never missed a chance to learn via seminar, professional courses and workshops as well.

Her major objective is to bring a major change in the world of nutrition as she strongly believes that “you are what you eat” and diet should be the foremost priority when it comes to health. She has counseled a number of clients to change their unhealthy lifestyle into a much better and healthy one, and thus, getting them out of mental issues as well.

She believes that 3D lifestyle is a platform where she can give her services to maximum and helping change the lifestyle of her clients, thus promoting health and positivity towards life. She foresees 3D lifestyle as a life changer for people.

Zainab Usman Khan

Zainab Usman khan is a qualified clinical dietitian/nutritionist with an experience of assessing a patient’s nutritional needs, and developing and implementing nutrition programs for them. She possesses the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information about dietary matters in an understandable form to patients. She has recently worked at Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar as a nutritionist where she assessed and counseled malnourished patients and helped them in getting cured through their dietary management.

Her qualification includes a degree of ‘Master of Science in Food and Nutrition’ from the University of Peshawar. She has done many nutritional surveys and researches on many topics such as; Relationship of Diet and depression among teenagers, Assessment of nutritional status of teenagers, and Anemia in PCM patients.

As a Lifestyle Consultant at 3D lifestyle, she is looking forward towards promoting healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits to her clients as well as suggesting diet modifications to them.

Tayyaba Afzal

Tayyaba Afzal completed her experience in the nutritional assessment of patients along with counselling for weight loss or weight gain and also diet implementation on different diseases like diabetes, hypertension, anemia, cardiac liver patient, high creatinine, uric acid & cholesterol, CVD, arthritis, PCOs, GERD, renal disorders, lower and upper GI disorders etc.

She worked at Fatima Memorial Hospital Lahore as an internee clinical nutritionist for both indoor and outdoor patients in 2017 and 2018. She also worked at Sughra Trust Hospital Faisalabad as an internee clinical nutritionist in 2017. In 2016, Tayyaba worked at National Hospital Faisalabad as an internee for the role of Community and Clinical Nutritionist and received Best Internee of the Year award. During her academic career, she participated in several seminars, national and international conferences and arranged many awareness camps about healthy eating in school, colleges and universities.

During her internships period, Tayyaba learned how clinical nutrition is being practiced in Pakistan and how healthy medical diet plans can help people in preventing and treating various chronic diseases. Also running her own blog named as “Yours Dietitian” on Instagram and also “Yours Dietitian” on Facebook. Tayyaba wants to promote healthy eating and the real meaning of a healthy lifestyle. As a lifestyle consultant at 3D lifestyle, she looks forward into improving people’s lives in a healthy way and also looks at 3D lifestyle as a platform that will help her in enhancing her skills and will also let her help people in making their lives healthier and better for good.

Aneela Qureshi

Aneela Quereshi has a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from University of Sargodha, Pakistan. She is an ongoing student of PhD in Food Nutrition and ongoing research student in Clinical Oncology. She is a regular member of Pakistan Nutrition and Dietetic Society (PNDS) Islamabad Chapter.

Aneela Qureshi has served as an internee dietitian in Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi. During this period, she has learned how clinical nutrition is being practiced in Pakistan, and how healthy medical diet plans can help people in preventing and treating various chronic diseases.

Aneela did her internship in NIAB Research Institute Faisalabad.

During her academic career, she participated in several seminars, national and international conferences, symposiums and arranged many awareness campaigns about healthy eating in schools, colleges and universities.

Previously, she has been serving as an online nutritionist consultant and provided her expertise online via Sehatyab Online Clinic Islamabad.

As a lifestyle consultant at 3D lifestyle, Aneela looks forward into improving people’s lives in a healthy way. She wants to create awareness among people that adapting a healthy lifestyle is the key to live a healthy and sustainable life that lasts forever.

Armish Ali

Being a UK registered Associate Nutritionist, Armish has worked with the UK National Health Service (NHS) as part of her Bachelors and Masters program. There, she practised her expertise under the apprenticeship of most senior health practitioners. Working as a trainee Nutritionist, she was involved in taking the diet history, modifying eating behaviors and providing the patients with the best nutritional advice based on a patient-centric approach. Moreover, she also got the opportunity to visit several care and nursing homes where she looked after the diets of elderly and malnourished patients thereby, offering nutrition support.

Alongside working at hospitals, she also worked as a Public Health Nutritionist. As an ambassador of ‘MetMunch’ (an award winning social enterprise), she organized and participated in several health promotional and sustainability events around UK, involving thousands of people including UK’s politicians. She promoted the importance of healthy lifestyle and sustainability to the people of different age groups.

She has also looked over England cricket team as a Nutritionist, which provided her with world class exposure of sports nutrition and the approaches used for managing the nutritional state of an athlete.

Based on her excellent academics, she was appointed a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leader at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Having achieved all her goals in UK, she moved to Pakistan for helping the people of her country and with the desire of bringing an everlasting positive change.

She intends to promote healthy eating and the real meaning of healthy lifestyle to the people of her country, as it is said ‘prevention is better than cure’. Samia Sabir Ali

Samia Sabir is a qualified clinical Dietician/Nutritionist who specializes in the development and implementation of medical diet plans for patients based on their nutritional and health information. She has vast experience in the nutritional assessment of patients along with counselling for weight loss or weight gain. Previously, she served as the Health and Nutrition Coordinator at World Vision International as well as the Senior dietician/nutritionist at Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad.

Having worked in a professional environment for almost a decade, Samia is well familiarised with the challenges involved in Lifestyle changes for the prevention and treatment of nutritional problems including aging.

Her qualifications include a Masters of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Punjab and research work on several topics including milk safety in fresh and processed milk.
