Customer Support Manager
Hamza Amir is a Graduate in Accounting & Finance. His inclination has always been towards critical analysis in research, development, and, people’s skill. However, in the very earliest stage of his life, he began to develop a passion for the field of Human Resources, Customer Care & Social Media Management.
Started off as a Customer Care Executive in one of the largest Mobile & Internet carriers of Pakistan; Ufone and Wateen. In Ufone, he also served as a Team Lead, due to his leading abilities.
From there, he went to CureMD, another multinational, where he took upon the role of HR, and further furnished his skills as a people’s person. Delivering quality and productivity, he worked his way through many companies i.e: Digitech & MindBridge, that eventually helped him land a career as a Social Media Manager at 3D Lifestyle Pakistan.
He aims to achieve higher milestones in this prestigious brand, 3D Lifestyle and become an integral part of its growth and development.
