Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or in any other customer service is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
Greeting & welcoming customers
Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
Undertaking administrative & operational tasks acting as a central manager for the branch of the company
Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff
Cash handling
Gender: Male & Female both are eligible to apply
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.
